So simple, so easy- and the real test is no leftovers- they eat them up evey time!!
Start with one busy day- no time planned to cook!
2-3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans Ro*Tel
Put above into the crock pot- set on low for 6-8 hours- and go do your thing for the day!
Come home, open it up- shred the chicken and add in one can of drained Black beans and (if you like a can of drained corn- me not a fan so we skip this step!)
Dinner is on the table in 10 minutes from when you get in the door!
